Surviving Solo Travel in Midlife

Let me tell you, solo travel is no joke! 😩I just returned home from our annual Coach Conference in Orlando and traveling alone, midlife, adds stress to my life.

I know how overwhelming travel can feel, especially when you're trying to keep up with those long days of airport lines, tight connections, and hotel rooms that can totally derail your fitness goals if you're not strategic - but they don't have to.

I've been there, feeling exhausted and disconnected, watching my carefully built workout momentum slip away during business trips or solo adventures. Sound familiar?

What I've learned is that wellness isn't about perfection, it's about adaptability!

Your body is craving movement and care, not punishment, so listen to what it needs in that moment - a walk around a new city, a jog at a local park, or a nice swim can help you stay in the zone. I planned ahead for my trip and got my strength training workouts in before I left so I could really lean into gentle movement and short walks while away.

I had an incredible time at the FASTer Way Coach Conference—catching up with old friends, meeting so many amazing new people, and soaking in all the inspiration! Definitely worth the solo travel stress for this amazing opportunity!
